At UK Biomass we will undertake all elements of the project from concept through to handover and beyond. We will liaise with client representatives and engineers, obtain the necessary local authority consents, project manage the full installation, commission and handover.
Following handover UK Biomass will offer the option of fuel contracts and on going maintenance to ensure success.
Assessment
Biomass isn't the correct option for everyone, however with automated high efficiency boiler, the option of subterranean fuel storage and automatic control systems Biomass solutions are opening to an increasing market of customers taking advantage of lower fuel costs for UK based fuel sources.
Design
Full system design services are offered to include structural, mechanical, electrical and automatic controls. This enables a single co-ordinated resource that can develop a project independently or in conjunction with your own project team. All our designs are covered by a £5,000,000 professional indemnity insurance to meet the most demanding of contracts.
Installation
Our experienced installation engineers will undertake the installation to the highest industrial standards to ensure all our projects are comply with the design intent in every regard. A project engineer is dedicated to every project and will manage all aspects of the mechanical, electrical works in addition to any civil, structural and architectural works.
Project Management
All projects are fully project managed to ensure the client objectives are met. Client disruption must be eliminated or minimised to ensure any effect on production is not exceeded.
UK Biomass engineers will hold regular review meetings to ensure the project plan is being maintained and the works are co-ordinated.
